Default Trouble maker darksides got scratched....

Hello to all....Just wondering what I could do with my new matte black Hooker trouble maker exhaust...I now have a 4" scratch on them and am wondering if I need to get them refinished or just sand the area and paint them with header paint or BBQ paint....they claim they are ceramic coated to me they look painted "they seem to scratch too easy to be coated". What do you all think I should do

I repainted mine about every 4-5 months.
Used high temp BBQ paint.
