If, as others think, it is a rear cylinder pushrod "o" ring, then you will find oil at the base of the pushrod tube. Otherwise, the breather in you rocker boxes are saturated with oil and the oil can't drain back down to the crankcase quickly enough. The pressure builds up and causes "oil blowby." Try removing about 1/2 quart of oil from your reservoir.
