Default fuel management

I have a stock 03 roadking if I understand wright, if I install a set of vance & hines slipon mufflers I won't have to add a fuel management system with stock air cleaner?

You will be fine with slip on's only. The rule of thumb is if you change the air cleaner to add a tuner.
