01 efi fatboy,SE airfilter,hard chrome american classic straits, stock ecm, PCIII usb. Having problem with slow return to idle when shifting rpms slow to fall off. can wrong map download for my setup cause slow return to idle. Can i correct the problem by tweeking the gas mixture with the PCIII. Need help.

I had the same problem. Had the wrong map loaded in the PCIII. Pick another map. Try others. They do not have to be for your exact options. Dynotune is the sure way. I gained 8 hp over a stock map when I got it tuned.

I agree. Too lean in the 0% & 2% throttle position. Too lean makes it slow to return to idle. Too rich and the rpm drop below the idle then comes back up.
