G'day Frank. After 1st run (50 miles), there was very little auto-compensation from the map Zipper's sent me. Bike feels great. The map is very close. It'll only get better. I know you're not that keen on the auto-tune, as the O2 sensors can get too hot, so do you suggest I let it do it's thing, then turn off the auto-tune, or remove the O2 sensors altogether?
Cheers, Mike

Just a small aside. I thought I was starting to get clutch slip on hard take off. A mate rode my bike yesterday, while another friend was riding behind with a video camera mounted to his bike. When Darren rang me today (I was away for the weekend, and loaned him the bike for a display), he said-that's not clutch slip, it's wheel spin! The video apparently shows a solid black line on the road behind my bike! I trust him implicitly, as we both built both our bikes (he has a SE 103 CI kit in his '03 Fatty, 110 RWHP). Don't need a new clutch, just a new tyre!
Cheers, Mike

Hi guys. A quick follow up. Just went on a 2,500 mile trip to Tasmania. Bike performed flawlessly (almost-see below), and fuel use is now around 30 mpg-it was 23 mpg with PC3 and 88 cube capacity (now 95 cube).
One thing to put into the files of "don't do that again", is, remember to read the ProCharger maintenance schedule with regards to replacing the Gates GT-2 Poly Chain belt. I didn't! Needless to say, after 11,000 miles,(should be done after 5,000 miles), the teeth started breaking off the belt, and it broke. This happened 200 miles into the above mentioned trip. Luckily I was passing through the city of the Australian dealer who supplied the ProCharger unit to me, and he had a spare belt. Only 30 min to replace. Now that I'm home, the next job is pulling the outer primary off, and cleaning out all the little bits of mashed belt teeth. Doh!
Cheers, Mike

G'day Frank. Update. The belt I got is the new 10,000 mile service item.
I might be running into one of the Tmax auto-tune issues you mentioned also, as the rear cylinder is getting leaner by the minute.
Checked the fuel offset summary, and about half of the front cylinder values went richer, (total of 245 points) and half of the rear cylinder values went leaner. Just went to the opening round of the WSBK championship at Phillip Island-round trip 1,200 miles. The sooty layer that had built up in the rear pipe is actually burning off, whereas the front pipe still looks sooty. Plugs look OK, but the rear one is definitely leaner. Fuel consumption is great-36mpg cruising at 65mph, drops to 31mpg when on the noise at 75mph. Much better than the 23mpg when I had the PC111.
I'll email a monitor log report to James at Zippers and see what he thinks of it.
O2 sensors still read normal atmospheric O2 values when motor is not running, so they're not stuffed. Injector maybe?
Cheers, Mike

G'day Frank. The 17 hour time difference is a pain. Might be worth waiting until I get my bike back together in a couple of weeks.
Let me know if it's still worth a call. Difficult to do checks on the bike at the moment, as it's apart getting new paint-no dash or tank, so can't send a monitor log email to James at Zippers, as the motor needs to be running to send a monitor log email with the Tmax.
Cheers, Mike.
PS I'm guessing I need to call 001118157651790, as it's from Australia.
