Default Ness Big Sucker installation question...

Hi guys I have been a long time reader of HDForums but this is my first question. I am trying to install a Ness Big Sucker and it comes with 2 stainless steel washers that fit around the Banjo bolts. The instructions are not clear on where these should go either behind the backing plate or in front of it. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance guys!

Sorry bro, I'm installing my big sucker kit at the end of the month and I haven't received it yet to take a look. I'm sure someone will chime in soon enough

The washer goes under the head of the banjo bolt. It seals against the oring on the ouside of the plate.

Ok thanks Baggerdsm, I thought the head of the Banjo bolt sealed against the o-ring, I have the button head style not a hex head does that matter?

Yup, the instructions say to use washers with the bolts. I have on the last few installs with no problem. Just another tip, careful the blue locktite they use on those bolts is tough, dont force them in if they wont go smoothly. Sometimes i have had to remove the locktite and used some thread sealant instead.
