RE: I need to know!
PCIII - Power Commander III. An aftermarket box for modifying the fuel delivery system
Dyno Tune - Use a dynomometer to run the engine to speed under a load and evaluate/adjust it's performance.
If your bike is stock and running good, I'd leave it alone.
Yes, it's true. H-D is getting out of the exhaust business. You'll still have plenty of aftermarket sources.

Rick I am no expert but here is what I can tell you. I am sure someone else can give you more details.
The PCIII is a device that you purchase that installs and connects to your bike's computer. In the basic mode you can load a pre-definded map of settings to change the way your bike's computer supplies fuel to the injection system. The maps are based on the type of changes you have made to the bike. Air cleaner and exhausts.
When you get the bike dynoed you take it to a dyno shop, could be your dealer or other shop and they put it on the dyno and run it thru it's paces and use the PCIII to fine tune the fuel delivery to your bike.
As for the SE pipes I believe H-D has stopped selling them but there are a lot of aftermarket ones out there.
Here is the link to Power Commander's site where you can get more information. PowerCommander
