Trying to remove the f@#$king baffles from my Rineharts
I have an 09 Road Glide and I simply hate the sound of these mufflers so I bought a set of Big City Thunder header pipe baffles and I'm trying to remove the baffles out of the Rinehart Slip-on to no prevail.
How in the hell do you get these baffles out of the Rinehart Slip-ons?? I have the slip-ons off the bike and have beat the baffles from the frontside out with a pipe and hammer for an hour with no luck? Yes..I had them on a ledge where the mounts are...
Should I soak these pieces of **** with WD-40 overnight? These mufflers have about 3000 miles on them so the baffles are probably welded in by now..
I'm about to take the mufflers and throw them in the woods!!!
OK...I'm done ranting. Time to sit down and have a beer.
Any insight is appreciated.

Well...I just answered my own question for those who are curious. Soak them in WD-40, get mad, hammer hard and out they will come out. LOL. You have to set the slip-on bracket on a ledge and beat the baffle from the frontside out the back. There is a baffle lip just inside the front of the muffler.
My new Big City Thunder baffles will be here tomorrow. Can't wait for my bike to grow some new *****. Tired of driving around listening to drivetrain noise.
Back to my beer....
