Running Issue?

I have a similar issue with my 06 streetglide. At low rpm ( 1500-2000 )
it has a nasty misfire probably 50-60% of the time i ride it almost always in the lower gears 1-3 the higher the gear the less likely it will happen. the difference i'm having is it idles like a dream. I've tried all grades of fuel multiple fuel additives/cleaners.Cleaning the throttle body, changing slip on's reinstalling the factory air cleaner. i'm at a loss.
