Ok recently I have re-assembled a project bike and I am trying to start it up. I rebuilt the carb and I am thinking the jet kit I bought might have been for a mikuni 42 or something. (The intake manifold seal in the kit I received was too large.) I have adjusted the float with no real luck. I can start the bike but I have to hold the choke out some. Is this a problem with the choke or the float. I have the float adjusted almost all the way to were the float bottoms out before the float pin actually closes the hole. I have the manual and went by those instructions to the best of my ability. Any advice would be appreciated.
