are auto or manual one better. does it matter

I prefer the manual ones. If you're going that route, spend the $$$ for ones that have carbon fiber buttons (Goodson makes some). I had regular ones installed, and they get HOT after riding for a while.

I have manual ones........no problems at all with them. I went with the Goodson ones as well, $50 delivered and no more burnt fingers.

Manual in mine and no problems other than remembering to reset them before I try to fire it up hot.. lol

Keep it simple, go with the manual ones. Automatic is just another word for a potential problem.

2nd that, have heard of issues with auto. Releases!!! No problem here with manuals!!!

After 6000 miles,mine are beginning to stick.Manual.
Take them out and clean them or replace?
