Default Rinehart Slip ons

Guys back to the basics,

In order to install a set of Rinehart Slip Ons exhausts, onto s stock 96 Ultra, the bike would have to be re-mapped in order to run smoothly correct?

People here will tell you no and they may be right but from what my 07 was like stock after adding mufflers it took a tuner for it to run right. The very least I would do is a dyno run to check the AFR.
