I had a full tank let the bike sit over night started it this morning and it spewed fuel from the black hose by the back tire was it just a pressur release deal or do I have bigger problems

 

Normal if you filled it to the top. Expansion has to go somewhere. Fuel from the pump is colder than outside temps in summer so as it heats up it grows.
