Default Need for Compression Release at Altitude

Quick question. I live in Michigan, where average altitude above sea level is 500-600. I had compression releases intalled when heads were done for my 95" build. My wife and I are planning a trip to Yellowstone/Bear Tooth/Tetons mid-June and wondering whether I'll need to use the compression releases? When I plug my specs into the Big Boyz calculator, the Cold Cranking Compression is much lower than my normal 194. Is there more to it than that? Thanks for any input/advice.

The higher the elevation, the less dense the air, and lower CCPs.

you will not need to use the cr's at elevation. Heck at 194 with a good battery and connections you should be getting along fine w/o cr's already.

Thanks both. Pretty much what I figured. When I did my build, I came out at 195 CCP, so I had the CR installed merely as an insurance policy and for hot re-starts. I'm really looking forward to my trip. Been to Yellowstone before, but not on the bike.
