I put some bassani 2into 1 pipes on my 2004 heritage.The pipes are great,did a dyno,added screaming eagle air intake and the pipes got 80+ torque and 70+ HP.The problem is with the 3rd part of the heat shield,where the pipes come together with the muffler.This part has only one clamp and that makes the other side stick out. ANYONE HAVE A FIX,AND HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM ???? LEON

 

Unfortunately, I don't have a fix for you. I am just glad to see others on this forum are having good results with Bassani pipes. I have heard of others having fitment problems with the true dual set-up, and they resolved it by using the stock shields. However, on the 2-1 pipe I don't know what you could do. Is it the Road Rage you are using ?

 

i believe they are road rage,unless they have similar pipes for my bike.the problem is with the last part of the shield that covers the pipes and muffler where they come together.it only hs one clamp toward the back and it makes the front of the part stick out a little.
