Conversion Cam Install Instructions?

Conversion Cam Install Instructions?
Anyone have install link for the 07 or up TC camshaft? I'm ordering the "conversion" cam kit and I need the procedure and tolerances. Andrews has an "install" sheet but it refers you to the factory manual (dont they all?).
