I just bought an 06 FLSTFI and ordered a set of 05-earlier SE II slip ons. The dealer says the hardware will mount up fine, but I was wondering if I needed to have anything special done to the EFI. I know Harley has added some type of extra baffles or catalytic converters in 06 mufflers, and the catalog has 06 SE IIs for about $100 more than 05s. Anyone tried this yet?

 

Yes, you can do it, but you will need the RACE Version of the flash, not the one out of the computer...
