Smile Selecting a performance cam kit?

I have a 95 FLHR and I am considering a cam upgrade to produce better low end torque and hopefully improved mid-range. What bolt-in cam kit and accessories would you go with. I want to install the kit myself. I am not looking for 100 hp, just better performance for my stock 80 in. big twin (heavy) Road King. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Woods, Head-Quarters and Andrews all make great cams. Cam choice will depend on how you ride and where you want your hp and tq. Talk to a good reputable independent Harley shop and tell them what you want out of your motor. They should be able to tell you which CAM WILL FIT YOUR NEEDS and go from there. And if you go with the adjustable pushrods, you wont have to remove tank and rocker boxes. Thus saving you some coin and if not happy with cam choice, very easy to switch out cam and try another GOOD LUCK!!!

Bob Wood 6, or an Andrews 27.
Then, if you decide to pull the heads, at a later date, and have even minor mods done them, you would see a big increase all over again.
