A little help
Okay,
I'm thinking...as long as I have the top end torn apart anyway should I jump up to a 107?
Questions:
1. Are there 107 CI Jugs or do I have to have my current jugs bored?
2. Will I have to go to a larger piston and rings to fit the bore or will my current 103 pistons with larger rings work?
3. Will the set up we have been talking about over the past few days still work with a 107 set up?
4. How much more beneficial is a 107 build over a 103?
5. Do I have to modify the lower end to accomodate the 107 jugs?
I've heard go big or go home, I do not want to go home. I now believe in the motto "Done once, done right" I do not want to do this all again.

2. Yes, you will need new pistons/rings
3. I'll leave this one to the professionals.
4. Not sure about exact numbers, but whiler you're doing it- GO BIG!
5. You don't have to bore the cases to accomodate the jugs. But, you may consider having your crank "addressed" for the excess hp/tq.
"Done once, done right" is a good motto.....I'd never heard that one when I started. LOL

Baisley superstreet heads
tw6hg cam
103 ci
10.5-8 compression depends on how much squeeze ya want.
roller rockers
115/115 hp/tq
now
lets talk 117
4 3/8 crank done by hoban
axtell cylinders and pistons
Baisley prostreet heads
woods tw8 cam or 9b
130 plus hp/tq all day long cooler running and one nice and wicked ride
remember the lower end has to come apart and cases bored and timkin put in
keeping your crank and just getting hoban to re-do t saves some money.
you can use the super street heads but the numbers wont be as high.
the baisley package produces these numbers over and over again. it is a real home run .
