ok so locally today i found a brand new in box SE aircleaner kit and a Cycle craft KEIHIN CV carb jet kit for $50. all i new in unopened boxes. my question is the jet kit comes with: #160, #150, #170, #180 main jets, new needle, slide spring etc. so my question is should i get a better jet kit or just pick up a slow speed jet kit. im going to want to install all at once. but what would possibly be the best jets to install. it is a 99 wide glide with se slash cut pipes, and now will have the se aircleaner kit.
here is the link i found for the jet kit:

its sometimes hard to say what all you will need, most guys just step up just one size on the pilot jets, but you just have to give the engine what it wants.
I bought a full Mikuni kit with my carb, but ended up buying more specialzed Mikuni parts from Head-Quarters to fine tune the carb.
I had all the pilot/main jets I needed, all I seamed to do was confuse myself for weeks until I had gone both directions (rich and lean) so many freakin times that I started to see a pattern of WTF i was doing,(right and wrong) then I just gave the engine what it wanted, not what anyone told me it needed.
PS I would pass on that kit, I dont belive that drilling a hacking the CV is a smart move, they are best left mechanicly alone save rejeting, If you realy want to tinker with a carb, buy a Mikuni.
