Also, will the stock MoCo throttle body work that well, going to a 103 build ( gotta check Zippers Performance to see specs on 575 cams- I have and will use for the 103 build, and or do others change up to a bigger t-body; my compression will be 10:1.

Thanks again all. Mark
Mark we just did a upgrade to my 2007 bagger (103) I bought the Screaming Eagle intake and found that my stock manifold flowed better on the flow bench with my combination than the SE, so I returned it. Nice to have equipment to confirm during a build

I am going to have a slightly used AIM VP84T for sale--I used it for less than 100 miles. I'm selling for $150 to include shipping. My HQs 107 is putting out so much Torque I am upgrading to the 92t--if interested let me know via PMl(Parts#VP014-84T) Fits '98 and later Big Twin model's stock clutch Engine size up to 103"(1690cc) Stroker motor. 20% reduce clutch lever effort Up to 103" motor with stock spring. Up to 124" motor with Screamin Eagle heavy duty spring.

Default Done

Finished the build today and it runs sweet. Every gear pulls like 2nd gear. I didn't push it on the test ride cuz I just wanted to get a few heat cycles through it. I'm gonna get a couple hundred miles on it then put it on the dyno. I ended up going with a SERT rather than staying with the Ness Big Shot...anyone wanna buy a ness big shot tuner?

Default 103"= great power

i work at a local shop in north idaho. We do all machine work in house and ive done about 10 96"to103" along with s&s 510 or 570g cams, while basley heads are great we also do custom ported heads using .090" bigger int. and .040" ex. with a flowed seat on both (valve seat concentricty under.0008" see what basley puts out) not to knock his heads but we put out a product about 95% as good for 50% the cost. the only diff is we do not use a flow bench (whitch is only needed in race apps) to make a long story short the last 96"to103" we got 108hp 111tq at the wheel, using ft pistons, not to shab also used the SE58mm throttle body. im in the process of building another one with the same cams and a 50mm body im thinking that i can gain intake veloicty with the 50mm as opposed to the 58mm we will see sone ill put up a post with the fianal numbers.

Hey Jeff,

If your in Coeur d' alene, I think that new build that you are doing is mine. I ordered a new set of billet clamps from Thunder max for the 50mm t/b, you should have them by Wednesday. Hopfully Lucky will have my heads done by then. Looking forword putting some miles on it soon.
