I ran bassani roadrage 2 into 1 on a 103" road king...I really liked the performance (and it dynoed well, too)...it was very loud on my high compression motor

Thumbs up Bassani

The Road Rage rip! Very nice torque curve.

Friend has true duals on his 06 Street Glide with a 95" engine, SE cams etc...sounds good. I rode his bike and can tell you they are LOUD when you are just cruising, and that comes from me that has Rineharts on my 08 SG. Rineharts are nothing for loud compared to these Bassani's.

It seems that not to many people here are fond of Bassani pipes. I have a basically stock 08 Street Glide and installed the reverse cone megaphone mufflers from bassani and I left the stock head pipes on. The bike sound great, it is not that loud. the reiharts seem louder to me. At idle my pipes are very deep and throaty. I can cruise in the midrange 45 50 mph and hear the radio no problem. Only when you really crack it gets loud. The fit and finish is superb. Good luck with your choice.

Exactly my thoughts.I have the full road rage and I don`t feel it`s that loud at all until you get on it.Then it sounds kick a$$!!You get that grrowwww in between gears, kind of like a set of drags but with tone not just that obnoxious sound, you know what I`m talking about.I would by another set in a heartbeat. And Randy is right on with the torque curve."getsum."Toby

Was thinking of selling my monster ovals for a set of bassani megafones.Monsters are nice but just not loud enough and they sound the same even at throttle.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the input. I did get the 2 into 1, Road Rage. I was amazed at the added power. Putting a Zippers MaxFlo air filter today. Now I'll be looking for a SERT map for this combination.

Default New slipons

Bassani has some new slipons for 2 into 2s. They look pretty fine IMO. Check their website.
