D&D torque dip
2007 FLHX 103" build with D&D Fatact standard baffle.
Yes there is a small torque dip. Mine dips 2 1/2 lb/ft at 3800 RPM. It actuall starts at 3500 and is gone by 3900. It is very gradual on the dyno printout and imperceptable for the rider. It goes from about 100 lb/ft to about 98 lb/ft and then back up to 100 /lb/ft. I don't know how you could feel it or detect it was there if you did not have a dyno.

I am having the same problem as well, I will be doing the 95" upgrade with increased compresion and wondering which baffle to get.
I want the most sound and performance, so not sure if i should go with the quiet, standard, or performance.
What are the thoughts for the 95"
Thanks,
Mike.

He ended up finding that the quiet baffle made slightly better numbers then the standard baffle.
To me, having had both baffles, I like the quiet baffle's sound much better. It's a deeper, non-blatty sound.
