Default Piston Compression

What would the static compression be with Harley P/N 22144-08 forged 10.5:1 piston, .030 head gasket, R&R stage IV 85-86 cc heads?

Same but with Cast P/N 21966-07 I think they are 10:1 cast pistons?

Will these pistons be a good choice for the R&R heads?

I don't know if I want low or high compression at this point in time.
Trying to decide which way to go on the cam choices.
