Default K&N Honors Warranty

Recent great experience with K&N. Had their replacement (0800) filter in my Stage 1 application for about 22,000 mi. Took out the filter to clean it before winter storage and saw significant rust on the outer/front plate. K&N asked me to email a pic to verify, and after that rushed out a brand new filter, pre-oiled of course and ready to go. Customer service still alive and well at K&N.

Thanks. I've had good "service karma" lately. Went to pick up a few supplies at local dealer and decided to let them put on new fuel gauge while I waited. Well, I waited, and waited....

Dealer gave me everything (hour labor and 1 quart Mobil V-twin) free.

Went to Sturgis and was at the Kuryakyn tent at Rapid City HD. Bought the floorboard mounts and they offered to install for free. I then mentioned that I had bought the switchblade highway pegs from them and they were already losing it (swingarm broken/catchy) and they gave and installed a new set free. Go figure.
