Default Main Jet

I have a 2001 FLSTC and have put on Vance & Hines pipes and a K&N filter kit and rejetted my carb. I want to get a little better performance and have read 45 is a good size for the slow jet, what is a good size for the main jet.

the one it came with is a 190 and plenty for a stock stage 1 bike. the 45 is what it came with as well.
