Well its like this , a dealer can deny wty for any number of reasons, generally though factory base wty issues are left up to the dealer to detirmine if the failure you have is a warrentable one, in certain cases they may refer back to their district service manage ( a rep from the moco) But usually its the dealers call, So that being said make a good releation ship with your dealer, try to stick to the maintence guidlines but if your a little over you should not have an issue .
Keep in mind though if you have an extended wty it is different than the factory wty , but still the decision is usually up to the dealer.
