on my 09 classic i want to up it to a 103.i like the low end torque of the stock cam.so,would you buy the se 10.25 pistons to run with the stock cams and heads with a good exhaust and se air filter kit.
First we need to find someone that knows the profile of the 09 cams. If it is the same as the 08, no. The stock cams are usually lame anyway. Go with the cast flat tops or aftermarket forged flat tops. Get a set of cams that close the intake around 40* woods 6-6, R&R 525, S&S 510. I'm assuming this is a budget build. A little head work if it is within your budget and you will have a well behaved reliable torquey machine.
