Battery voltage good? Properly charged? Battery voltage at coil? This is off the wall but I have seen it on more then one occasion. Put a jumper wire on the circuit breaker and see what happens.

 

How do I put a jumper wire on the Cicuit breaker and where is it? I always keep the battery on the tender and it fires on the first push of the button.
