Default Injectors/Throttle Body Questions!!!

Ok I built a 95" motor with S&S 585G cams, heads ported/polished, 10.5/1 wiesco pistons, and forcewinder intake, but I want MORE POWER!!! So I want a bigger throttle body and bigger injectors!! The question I am askin is, should I bore the original throttle body, or is that possible?? And what injectors should I use?? Also when I put the injectors and throttle body do I need a bigger fuel pump or a fuel pressure regulator?? Any and all advice would be great!! I am only 22 and I like to have an idea of what I am doing before I start a project!!

i had mine bored and intake ported by bc gerolomy on an 07 103, per doc's advice. don't know how much difference it made because i did the 103 and throttle body at the same time, what i can tell you the 103 build was 35hp more then my stage 1, 96in setup. i'm still using my stock 25* injectors.

Bigger injectors won't get you anything. The bigger throttle body may get you a few points up high, but probably not much. If you really want more power, I'd say look elsewhere.

absoluty Frank is correct.
want more power few things a diffrent cam will get you diffrent power not a lot more but it will change the power band around.
if you got the coin and want a winter project rip the thing apart and go to a hi-po 107. set up correctly it will yeild all the power ya need.

Ditto on the TB and injectors, they wont yield you much if anything on your 95.

Head work is where most of your power will be at. Info on the current work to the heads would be helpful. A 95 inch engine with a really good set of head with that cam should be making some very good power. Take that cam add a set of 1.7 intake rockers along with a set of cast heads by R&R and you will see power in the mid teens, along with cooler running temps and the engine pull heard enought to push your eyeballs into the back of your head, ha ha.

I did a complete head job, my dad did the port and polish. And set up the heads to match the 10.5/1 wiesco pistons. I know this bike right now is about 110 on the HP scale. I havent Dynoed it but I did my last bike and this is a little more stout!!

Save your money, I used to have a bigger throttle body on my 95", didn't like where my power was at. So I went back to the stocker & had it blended with stock injectors. HP peak was down 2 hp, but power was dramatically changed in the lower to mid rpm range! However I do believe that a bigger throttle body would help on a bigger stroked motor!
