hesitation at throttle
#11
Mine does not do this and it is a 58mm SE TB on a 2008 107.
My Holly 850 on a big block Corvett did not do this. Back when I was much younger.
But they did at first. Fall on their face. Big gaspe of nothing. Way too much air.
What ever you have, nomatter what it is, there is a designed mechanisum to adjust the fuel going to the engine when you wing the throddle open.
Acelerator pump or acelerator enricher or whatever, it's there and it needs to be adjusted to "add more fuel" at that point. What you see is a lean condition, simple as that.
Not counting air leaks but that has been checked right?

That's known in the carb world as a carb fart. The carb air fuel mix screw is preset at the factory for a the air fuel ratio, AFR, of (I believe) 14.1:1 . The air /fuel mixture screw can be turned out ( to richen) a little at a time until the pops go away. What size jets have been installed?
