Default Mikuni SE 45mm carb falling flat

I have a problem with my mikuni 45 carb on my '02 FLHTC with a 103" stroker, V&amp\\;H 2-1 pro pipe, the whole works. Well, earlier in the summer it would bog when I gassed it, bog then go, bog then go, so I took it to the dealer, they dynoed it, adjusted the carb (replaced jets), and it ran fine. Now, only about 500 miles later, it's doing the same thing?! What could it be? I called the dealer, he is just as lost as me as to what it could be? He said it is definitely a carb/fuel problem? He recommended running some 104 octane for a tank to see if I got bad fuel? What do you guys think?
