Default 06 dyna flooding bad, wont start..help

well it started with a bad battery. i installed a new battery and all went well..went to start the bike and it would crank strong but not start so i checked all fuses, they were good..when i turn the key switch on and hit the button to run i can hear the fuel pump just like always but it still wont start so i check to see if its getting fire and it is but the plugs are wet .. its never did this before.. i didnt think you could flood a fuel injection.. it would run if it didnt soak the plugs.. what do i need to do to fix this ....thanks for any advice..

yep wires are fine, plugs seem fine . i have been riding the bike all week to work and its been running good.&nbsp\\; i got up yesterday morning to ride it to work and it was dead so i checked around and finaly i jump started it and it ran fine but when i turned the key off the speedo was making a funny clicking sound so i thought either i got a bad switch or maybe a bad battery...so i hooked another battery to the bike and it powered up great but when i go to start it now it just cranks but wont start..when i was checking to see if it was getting fire it was throwing some fuel from the spark plug hole so its soaking the plugs and flooding out..does this make since...

i just went out to start the bike and it fired right up ..so i know the plugs were fouled and went so thats why it didnt start..now i did smell alot a gas from the pipes so does that mean its too rich...im using a map from fuelmoto but it might be to rich...i know i have tryed every map i have and the bike dont pop like it did before no matter which map i put in...before the cam change if i put in any maps that had 0 in the -0- colum on my pc3 it would pop on decel like crazy but not now after the cam change ...now i can get it to pop on decel...how do i lean it out without changing a map...does this sound right...
