Default quiet Big radius pipes

Here are pictures of my process to quiet the big radius pipes. The wife's Low rider was a bit loud and we needed to do something. The baffles that are on the market for these did not do the job and I returned them.
This only takes the sharp bark out of them.
First remove the baffles.

Then drill 4 holes equally around baffle

Then cut with a sheet metal snips

Then pound with a hammer till the tabs are equally tappered.

Be sure to even the radius of the baffle so it slides nicely in the pipe.
I tack welded my tabs and filled the holes that I drilled. But that's not necessary.
