My numbers
Well had my bike dyno tuned the other day after 1,650 miles and it seems to be a restriction or the cam has petered out ???
my build a 95 kit heads 1.940/1.575 port/polished 89cc's JE 10.25.1 pistons w/12.2 cc dome compression supposed to be at 10.5.1. Bob Woods TW-7H cams 575 lift 240 duration. SERT w/SE 2's stock TB and rockers. checked the comp and it is about 198 psi
93.7/93.8 HP/TQ for what i had done it seems pretty lame...now granted the tq jump right up and stays all the way across and runs good and smooth it seems like something is holding it back???
any sugestions??? i will take it to another dyno and do a run just to double check it and if it is the same then me and Bob Woods and Joe Mondello are going to have to figure this out

RE: My numbers
which dyno was it run on? and to what corrections were used. you might have had a honest tuner and used all the corrections and thoose are the acutal real numbers, not fake magizine parts selling numbers.

If your torque comes up real hard and fast aroung 2200 to 2500 rpms and stays in till 5K rpms then Id say you have a strong running bike! \\;\\\\\\; but I would agree Id be thinking the #s should be like 105 HP and 110-112 lbs of torque.
 \\;\\\\\\;
You my require 8+ hours of dyno time to get thoose #s, pending no other issues are present.
 \\;
PS, I dont think your motor is quite a 10.5 motor, I have the same cylinder presure at 10.2.
at 10.5 my motor would be around 210 to 212 cranking cylinder presure. I think our cams are close enough that the specs should be the same =- a couple of pounds.

RE: My numbers
yes it is strong, heck i was poping wheelies with it before the tune after the tune it is even smoother/stronger, but Bob Woods and Joe are not happy with the numbers and said the tq should be around 107. as for the comp as i figured it it is realy around 10.1/10.2 the squish should of been about 87cc's not 89,but even with 10.1 the tq should still be about 107 or so. as for the tune it was a 4/5hr tune and AFR is real good. while the tw-7h cam may not of been the best choice but \\;it is what it is and \\;Joe built the heads. also the \\;1.575 exhaust valve might not be the best valve for that cam or bob woods cam he should of known it \\;

Get rid of the stock headers and SE mufflers...................go with a Fatcat 2-1, that will get you much more overall power.
Maybe the 7H is too much cam for your build, from the sounds of it the 6 would have been a better choice with your CR and valve sizes.

RE: My numbers
well here is my sheets..... my exhaust valve is 1.570...i'm getting rid or heads or redone by someone that knows what works... Joe is the 1 that ordered all the parts and made the heads he should of built the heads right for the cam....i am not going to chase this by putting diff cams in to see if it works....Joe should of known what works....this crap cost me 5,100.00
so i will get a new set of heads from someone that knows motor bikes and a good set of 2>\\;1 pipes
