I installed the Reinhart True Duals about a month ago. The jury is still out on low end torque. The local stealer has a Dyno comin in in a few weeks. I'm goin ahead and make a run on their Dyno. I can say one thing for sure, once my scooter hits about 3,300 to 3,500 RPM it accelerates to red line in a hurry. If in fact I have lost torque, I'll go with a tuner kit. So far though, I'm pretty happy with them overall. Looks are good, sound better to me than the SE Slip ons.
