Default engine vibration 07 ultra

i ve already posted this under touring but i figured i'd give it a try here too. my engine in neutral is vibrating like mad. its so bad the left side of my handlebar looks like it wants to shake off the bike. dealer changed motor mount and IAC(what ever that is). i did Air cleaner and pipes with fuel pack and it did not get any better. i m also charging at 16 volts when i ride. could all these things be related? is a 16 volt charge good or bad? thanks for your help.

16 volts is high, are you sure your meter is accurate? If the vibs are excessive have dealer dig into it deeper like checking crank runouts,Top mount etc. Whats the bike like when rolling?

i ve had the bike there four times already. i just dropped it off today again and told them about the voltage. now they finally seemed concerned. my bike is an 07 so no top mount only lower mount which they changed. i mentioned the crank several times and they said they need permission from harley under warranty to do it. i think they are going to do it this time anyway. it all started when i did handlebars. some forum members mentioned it may be muffler brackets. i told the dealer all of the above. i hope it gets fixed this time. its a frustrating ordeal to keep going back time after time. thanks for your imput. ill let everyone know how it goes.

Not sure of your mileage but it could be something as simple as a broken or cracked fairing mount.Since you said the bikes been at dealer several times I would image they checked that.Look the bike over good it could be something touching say the frame even if slightly or during a momment of engine movement. It doesnt take much to send that feeling elsewhere on the bike.has the bike had an exhaust change? Did this vibration become noticable after youor dealer installedsomething?
