Has anyone removed the baffles from the 3" OD Cycle Shack mufflers? I bought a set of the slash downs for my RK and they are just a little too loud and crackly. I kick myself for not getting the ones with the woven stainless blankets. But, I talked to Cycle Shack the other day and they said they's send me the blankets to wrap my baffles with, as long as I could get the baffles out without damaging them. The only other option is shipping them back and having them do it, but with shipping, labor, etc. it would be $100+ versus only $25 for the blankets

 

hopefully you will get some replies i was trying to get the baffles out of my cycle shack mufflers and couldnt budge them
