That's a LOT of cam and TB for a 103....
Never seen that combination of parts, so I have no idea what it may make on paper, or how it would behave on the street but I suspect (with a proper tune) it should run pretty strong on the upper end.... dunno if I'd expect the same down low.

Can you post that graph of that 110 /110. That 640 tends to be a high end cam in larger engines it works very well. I have not done a 640 in such a small engine. I would think with only 10.5 compression that low end drivablity will suffer along with a extremely large t/b would only worsen the low end. I am sure that once you get it revving that it would be fun.

lots of cam and t/b imo for that motor.
just herd from the tuner about a 103 he tuned with hillside prepped heads,Bored t/b,9.8 compression,tw6 510 lift camand fat cat 113 tq 103 hp.
lower compression then yours and more tq but he does have the fatcat on there. i have to agree with the others the 640in a bigger build yes in a 103 i think its too much cam. and as for the t/b im running a 55mm hpi on a 120 with a woods 9bg cam andbaisley heads.
i think that bike will benefit from a cam more suited to the heads and a smaller t/b but thats my opinion.
2 into 1 and get 10 to 15 more i highly doubt it.
