Bike will not start. just turns

Yes....., I hate to say it but you have some bent valves....heads got to come off. When you adjust push rods it's VERY important not to turn the engine over until the lifter bleeds downandthe push rod spins with your fingers...this assures you that the valve is on the seat, then and only then should you go to the next push rod to adjust. I bet this is just what happened to you.

Appreciate your help. Sounds like I'd be better off puttingthe bikein the shop to have fixed instead of trying to myself. Man, I hate loosing the bike for who knows how many months and especially during the beginning of spring. Again thank you very much for your input and time.

ORIGINAL: Doc 1
You adjusted your valves too far and the valve is off the seat leaving you with no compression, or you didn't give the lifter the 5 to 7 minutes forthe lifterto blead down. Either way no compression, no start! If it is a EFI bike and the crank position sensor doesn't sence compression it cuts off the spark and the injectors....again the valves are off the seat.
