Default Gas tank removal

What are the steps for removing a gas tank from an 02' sportster? It seems pretty cut and dried, but I've thought that before....

Thanks.

I've heard that the service manual has all this good info in it. This is all I heard when I first got here. I would guess you turn off the petcock, remove the fuel line from it, remove the seat and a couple of bolts and that is it although I ahve never removed the tank from a sporty.
