Well with new rings seating in not uncommon to make a bit more frictional heat on the first heat cycle. If you where to time the cylinder ehating up to 180 for the first time you would see it would do so quickly. Once you let it cool and do the second heat cylce you would see it would take a bit longer.
How are you checking the cylinder for heat?? temp gun would be the best. Run the engine through 3 complete heat cycles and then go for a ride. That is one way other will start the bike once let it come up to temp , then let it cool and go for the first ride.
