On Monday afternoon after work, I called Fuelmoto and ordered Rush slip on's, Power Commander, and air cleaner and today, Thursday, parts arrived. I gotta say that's very good service, since I live in Pa. Now all I gotta do is put parts on this Saturday. Can't wait to take out the Deluxe and see how it sounds and see if it has any more power.

 

Jamie is a great guy. You are going to like that combo from him. It puts out some good power.

Glad they're taking care of someone. I called Fuelmoto on Monday and ordered a Power Commander and air filter for my 2008 Ultra. Was assured it would ship Wednesday. Having heard nothing, I called them today, Friday,and was told the order hasn't shipped. They don't have the air filter. Well, thanks for keeping me posted. Maybe it will ship next week. If they would have just told me they didn't know when they'd get the filter, I could have purchased one locally. After all I've read about Fuelmoto on this forum, I'm very disappointed in my treatment so far.

Update: Late Friday afternoon I received a call from Cindy at Fuelmoto. Apparently I adequately conveyed my disappointment to her, and she set about finding the air filter I ordered and was successful in tracking one down. She promised to ship it out Saturday by express mail. It and the Power Commander were delivered to my home on Monday. So... while I was initally disappointed in the service I received at Fuelmoto, I have been made happy by Cindy's effort to try and make things right. Thanks, Fuelmoto!

P.S.-installed the air cleaner and PCIII tonight, and took the bike out for a ride around the block... and it seems to be running great!
