Default 2008 FLHX 103: Do I need to redyno if I change pipes???

I have a 2008 FLHX that I had the dealer upgrade to a 103. It has a race tuner, fatcat 2>1 pipe, high flow air breather. 211 cams. Recently got the "final dyno" completed after 1K miles. Runs great and both numbers are right at 100. I was wondering if I changed pipes, like to a true dual system, do I need to retune and redyno??
