Are there any other kind of baffels that work well in the Bassini pipes?

Bassani makes two different size baffles for their mufflers. Their standard baffle is a 2" and the high output is a 2 1/2". Since you say your mufflers are rather quiet I would assume you have the 2". Why not order a set of 2 1/2" from Bassani?

Good luck!

AZ RKC, What model bassani are you using ? I just installed a pair of the reverse cone megaphone with the fluited billet end caps, on a 2008 Street Glide. They sound wicked at idle. I believe they are 2" baffles as they are not high output mufflers. Part # B X 108. Bike is in storage at the dealer, can't wait till spring !
Good luck !

Joe,
I don't know the part # as the came with the bike, but thet are the reverse cone megaphones.
I took out the baffels and cut off the packing and it is great now, loud but not obnoxious.
