Top 2 into 1 exhaust
doing the works ported heads, 37Gcams, punch to 95" etc. What is the best exhaust to go with for optimum preformance?

FatCat will give you great torque that starts early and stays pretty high (flat) all the way arcoss the RPM range.
A SuperTrapp will probably give you higher "peak" numbers and more tune-ability, but will not have as much down low.
Of the pipes I have experience with, they would be on the top of my list.

For the all-around best 2-1................Fatcat 2-1. Best sound, best quality, and best performance.
