Top 2 into 1 exhaust

RE: Top 2 into 1 exhaust
I've had a Thunderheader 2-1, Supertrapp 2-1, and now the Fatcat 2-1..................the best all around is the Fatcat 2-1.
Thunderheader quality sucks, sound is great, performance is not that great.
Supertrapp quality is good, sound is too quiet with closed endcap and has a "phfft" sound and blatty with the open endcap, and the performance is good but I was always playing with the disc count to make it better and it drove me nuts.
Fatcat quality is top-notch, sound with the quiet baffle is perfect, and the performance is great.
Just my opinion, and sound is very subjective to each person.

Try www.faic.cc .They`re not for everyone but if you`re a motorhead,I would be hard to find a better pipe for performance.Toby

BASSANI, BABYYYY!!!
If you notice everyones posts...NOBODY has checked out the Bassani exhaust...except myself!
When I first built my motor...I had V&H True Duals and a Wimmer intake. Only got 72hp...
Changed 2 items...Bassani Road Rage & Ness Stage 2 Big Sucker...instant increase of 20hp!
After tuning &tuning & tuning, on the carb and ignition...I have it up to 103hp.
You be the judge...
I will say..this Phil dude that's on the board...I'm envious of his setup. I'd LOVE to get a wheelie like that! I do have a spare set of heads & cylinders...I may just have to send em over to HQ! (but I'll still stay with my Bassani!)

Nice advertisement but WRONG............no way they out perform FatCat or Supertrap
ORIGINAL: DirtyDave
For price, looks and performance Cycle Shack 2-1. I don't know if they make em for TC's.

All say they perform but I payed less then $400.00 for the exhaust, heat shields, & brackets.......beat that.
P.S. my 100" RevTec dyno was 110 tq from 2000 rpm to almost 5000rpm (nice flat curve) and 90 hp at 5500 rpm. The motor is unmodified.

The RB Racing pipes are great, ran the Blackholes on my 103 and loved them. Just couldn't justify the additional price to replace them with the 2" head pipes that my 120" build is going to need, have gone to the D&D Boarzilla with the quiet baffle.
You can get the RB LSR's for reasonable money and they perform great, but they are LOUD.
