Just removed my D&D Fatcat exhaust from my 07 SG to replace a broken heat shield clamp. Used stock exhaust gaskets when i first installed the pipe, but i didn't seem to be able to get the nuts on the rear cylinder tightened down as far as i think they should have been. Any one used the screaming eagle donut's with any luck ??

 

I used the screamin eagle on my d&d fatcats with no issues.

 

I used the SE's, there is less restriction on the pipe. Sealed up first try.

 

The SE look more like a standard gasket and mating surface deeper in exhaust manafold while the standard is tapered and can somethimes be a pain to get inexhaust port. However once the gaskets are in properly starting nuts should be no problem and torque precedure is the same. In the manual.

 

Look at thecollarson the exhaust pipe.
IF they are flat use flat gaskets.
IF they are dished use the OEM type
