I’m probably wrong but don’t the 07 and 08 have catalytic converters in the mufflers.
I removed the baffles on my 05 fxsti (that was a waist of time, but don't we learn from our mistakes)and when I removed the muffler on my 07 fxst they looked different inside and it was heavier than the 05 is. There very well could be no performance difference it was just an observation.
