Default Pipes - Removing the baffle

Can you tell me if I remove the Baffle(buffle) from my pipes will it affect the performance...

I have a stage one kit on my 883c 2004

Yes, it will most likely suffer since there is a need for backpressure for good performance. No baffles would most likely reduce back rpessure too much.
